One of Shropshire’s leading video production companies is enjoying a record year, with new clients and more business leading to a growth in staff and new offices.

7video, based on Shrewsbury Business Park, works with businesses across Shropshire and beyond to make engaging video and animation content.

Pete Sims, director, said the firm’s client list had grown throughout 2019, and with a larger staff team in place they were looking forward to working with more businesses in the future.

“We have a real passion for the power of video and animation in helping businesses tell their story and attract new customers,” he said.

“So we have been delighted to work with so many excellent clients so far this year. We specialise in working within the social housing industry, so have produced lots of content for landlords up and down the country, but we have also worked extensively with businesses here in Shropshire.

“For instance we helped Network Telecom launch their new multimedia phone, produced a series of promotional videos for independent traders in Shrewsbury’s Wyle Cop, and filmed the successful Shropshire BizFest in September.”

A major landmark in 7video’s year has been a move to new offices in Shrewsbury Business Park, which are three times the size of the firm’s previous base.

“The extra space is really important because it enables us to expand our production suites so we can create the most engaging and powerful content as possible for our clients,” Pete said.
