Alaska is please to announce that  it is close to completing the terrace of 3 buildings on plot 28 opposite the New Medica Centre.  Two are sold and the third is being retained by Alaska as an investment.  All the space will be fully occupied in February.

Work is then soon to start on number One Anchorage Avenue, fronting Wenlock Road.  This will be one of the finest buildings on the Park, and will also be retained by Alaska for investment.  Measuring just over 6,000 sq ft on two floors it will be ready for occupation in January 2024.  Matrix construction have been awarded the building contract and Cooper Green Pooks are instructed as letting agents.
